Tomasz graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University’s Faculty of Social Sciences, where he majored in revenue administration and tax consulting. He also completed post-graduate programmes in finance and accounting and in revenue and taxes at the Poznań University of Economy. Tomasz finished a client accounting course with the Accountants Association in Poland. He is certified by the Finance Minister to provide client accounting services and is currently undergoing the statutory auditor certification process.

He worked as junior accountant (2007), accountant (2008-2010) and accounting team manager (2010-2013) with Morison Audyt Sp. z o.o. i Wspólnicy Sp.k. A tax consultant with Morison Finansista Podatki Maciej Mastalerz sp. k. from 2013, and a partner with WLP Mastalerz i Wspólnicy doradcy podatkowi sp. k. since 2014.

Tomasz focuses on tax optimisation projects, including VAT streamlining for local governments. He has rich experience in bookkeeping and in tax and client accounting services for construction companies.

Tomasz is proficient in English.
