legal advisor with 10 years’ experience. Graduated in Law and Administration from Warsaw University in 1998. In 1997 completed a two-year course in American Legal Studies. Admitted to the Bar in 2004. Worked for FORSYTEK & PARTNERS Advocates and Legal Advisors from 1996 until November 2006, including as Partner from 2005 – November 2006. He has been a partner in the Law Firm since December 2007.

Marcin has played a key role in transactions involving the sale of real estates, providing clients with comprehensive and professional legal services. For the last few years he has been advising development companies on the acquisition of commercial real estate and the construction of office and residential buildings. Marcin’s practice includes advising for the purposes of the building process, assistance in obtaining administrative decisions required for planning, designing, acquiring and building real estate as well as its commissioning. Marcin has represented former owners of nationalized assets in restitution cases, in particular involving land in Warsaw. He is experienced in court proceedings, both in civil and administrative courts.
